CABIN RESERVATION & DEPOSIT POLICY
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your cabin dates. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in
Reservations made within 30 days of check-in require payment in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is refundable, less a $100 cancellation fee. (Date changes do not incur extra fees)

The deposit is non-refundable. If possible, we will work with you to transfer your reservation to another available date

LESS THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN
The reservation is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the cabin for all or part of your reserved dates.
If the cabin is re-rented, any refund will be based on the amount we are able to recover from the replacement reservation, less applicable fees.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of $250 will be required. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after checkout, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing property, or violation of the cabin rules.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Requests to change dates or the number of guests are subject to availability and may affect the rental rate.
WEATHER
Mountaintop Ranch is located in a mountain environment, weather and road conditions can change quickly. Guests are responsible for making appropriate travel arrangements. Weather-related cancellation policy above.
