Looking for a private and secluded place to hunt? Mountaintop Ranch offers private guided hunting packages for the hunter looking for larger game such as deer, bear, and turkey. Small game hunts for squirrel and quail are also available. Virginia hunting seasons take place throughout the year in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. Mountaintop Ranch has the perfect combination of beautiful scenery southern charm to compliment an exciting hunting season.

Hunts are booked within the laws of Virginia and include Muzzleloader, Firearms and General Season.

**Season dates vary by region. For more information on hunting dates in your region, visit the Virginia Department of Game & Inland Fisheries website. One bear can be harvested per year. Bears must weigh at least 100 pounds live (or a minimum of 75 pounds field dressed). It is illegal to hunt female bears with cubs.

Lebert Shifflett is a native to this region and has hunted his entire life in all the nearby hollows including Jollett Hollow where the ranch is located. Lebert is a knowledgeable and proficient hunter and can lead you to be at the right spot at the right time
